Tutorial task: Advanced Word techniques

Microsoft Word would have to be one of the world's most popular word processors in contemporary society. Even people who are not technologically advanced would know what you are talking about when you mention Microsoft Word.

The first three exercises of opening, typing and saving, bold, italics, underline and bullets, and headers, footers and double spacing were pretty simple and straight forward. I have probably used all those aspects of Word in every single assignment that I've done at Uni. However, both the advanced exercises, track changes and mail merge were new to me. Despite never using those tools before, I had no problems following the instructions and completed the tasks with ease. Having basic knowledge of using Word is pretty important, as most jobs these days will require people to type up reports of some sort.
